The Committee resolved:-

(i)             to approve the Strategic Housing Investment Plan for 2025/26 – 2029/30 as contained in Appendices 1 and 2; and

(ii)            instruct the Chief Officer – Housing to report back to committee with the implications of the resource planning assumptions, when they were made available from the Scottish Government as detailed at 3.5 of the report.
