The Sub Committee had before it a report by the Director of Enterprise, Planning and Infrastructure which advised of a further request received from the tenant of an area of ground adjacent to a property owned by the individual at 5 Redmoss Walk, Nigg.

The report recommended –

that the Sub Committee –

(a)       refuse the request to purchase land, as requested by the tenant; and

(b)       agree that the tenant be advised that the lease shall continue to run until expiry on 27 May 2039.

The Sub Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
