Decision details

(i)            to endorse the refreshed Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) 2016-26 at Appendix A of the report;

(ii)          to endorse the three Locality Plans at Appendices B,C and D of the report;

(iii)         to note the Locality Plans would be owned and monitored by the Locality Empowerment Groups and Priority Neighbourhood Partnerships; and

(iv)         to instruct the Strategy and Transformation Lead to present Locality Planning annual performance reports to the Risk, Audit, and Performance Committee beginning in June 2025.
