The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Enterprise, Planning and Infrastructure which advised of an application for the removal of three trees which were the subject of Tree Preservation Order 119.

 

The report recommended:-

that the Committee refuse consent to remove the three trees identified for removal.

 

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendation.
