Issue - meetings

(i)         to note the response by officers in response to the Brexit decision; and

(ii)        to support continued cooperation with existing EU partnerships.

The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Communities, Housing and Infrastructure which provided an update on the implications of Brexit to the Council’s existing EU funding projects, and future access to EU funding as part of the wider External Funding Plan.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee -

(a)       note the response by officers in response to the Brexit decision; and

(b)       support continued cooperation with existing EU partnerships.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
