(i) to approve the updated Aberdeen City Council Financial Regulations as appended to the report; and
(ii) to agree to further changes as highlighted through internal and external audit reports without further Committee approval.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Interim Director of Corporate Governance which outlined the necessary changes to Aberdeen City Council’s Financial Regulations following approval of the Aberdeen City Procurement Regulations on 7 June 2016.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee –
(a) approve the updated Aberdeen City Council Financial Regulations as appended to the report; and
(b) agree to further changes as highlighted through internal and external audit reports without further Committee approval.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendations.
