Issue - meetings

(i)         to note the performance against the indicators identified in the report;

(ii)        to agree that the SPI outturn performance for 2016/17 be published on  the Council’s website as part of our Public Performance Reporting (PPR) arrangements; and

(ii)        that if possible, to include benchmarking data against other comparable Scottish local authorities in the document.

The Committee had before it a report by the Head of Finance which presented the 2016/17 outturn for the Council’s Statutory Performance Indicators (SPI).

The report recommended:-

that the Committee -

(a)       note the performance against the indicators identified in the report; and

(b)       agree that the SPI outturn performance for 2016/17 be published on the Council’s website as part of our Public Performance Reporting arrangements.

The Committee resolved:-

(i)         to approve the recommendations; and

(ii)        that if possible, to include benchmarking data against other comparable Scottish local authorities within the document.
