Issue - meetings

(i)            to welcome Councillor Imrie to her first meeting of the Board; and

(ii)          otherwise note the information provided.

The Chair opened the meeting and welcomed Councillor Claire Imrie to her first IJB meeting. He thanked members for attending the Special Meeting which had been called to re-consider the recruitment and selection process for the post of Chief Officer.

The Board resolved:-

(i)            to welcome Councillor Imrie to her first meeting of the Board; and

(ii)          otherwise note the information provided.

The Chair opened the meeting and noted that as today’s meeting was a special budget meeting, no other business would be considered and regular standing items along with today’s minute would be reported to the Board’s next meeting on 27 March 2018.
