The Committee agreed that item 8.1 on the agenda Marchburn Park, would be held in private with the press and public excluded and also agreed that a redacted version of the report would be made available by the end of the following week.

The Convener proposed that the Committee consider items 8.1 on the agenda, Marchburn Park, with the press and public excluded.

The Committee resolved:-

(i)            to agree that item 8.1 on the agenda, would be held in private with the press and public excluded; and

(ii)          to agree that a redacted version of the report would be made available by the end of the following week.
