The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – City Growth which sought approval for the erection of a commemorative plaque to Louisa Lumsden, suffragist and pioneer of women’s education.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee approve the erection of a commemorative plaque to Louisa Lumsden, Suffragist and Pioneer of Women's Education, at 214 Union Street.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation.
