Issue - meetings

(i)        to approve the adoption of the Corporate Booking Policy, as attached at Appendix 1 of the report;

(ii)       to note the draft Terms and Conditions document, as attached at Appendix 2 of the report; and

(iii)      that the Chief Officer- Corporate Landlord amend the wording of the Terms and Conditions document at section 3.7 in terms of waiving the hire charges for various groups.

The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Resources which sought approval of the draft Corporate Booking Policy.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee –

(a)       approve the adoption of the Corporate Booking Policy, as attached at Appendix 1 of the report; and

(b)       note the draft Terms and Conditions document, as attached at Appendix 2 of the report.

The Committee resolved:-

(i)        to approve the recommendations; and

(ii)       to instruct the Chief Officer - Corporate Landlord to amend the wording of the Terms and Conditions document at section 3.7 in terms of waiving the hire charges for various groups.
