Decision:
The Board resolved :-
to note that Dr Howarth, Clinical Director, ACHSCP, declared an interest with regards to the 2C Remodelling Project as referenced within the Chief Officer’s Report – HSCP.21.0020 at Article 6 and stated an intention to leave the meeting during any discussion on the subject.

Members were requested to intimate any declarations of interest in respect of the items on today’s agenda, thereafter the following was intimated:-
