Issue - meetings

(i)       to note the progress of the delivery of this grant;

(ii)       to note that officers will continue to work with partners to deliver the projects in accordance with the grant conditions; and

(iii)      to instruct the Chief Officer - Strategic Place Planning, given the long term nature of the project, to bring back update reports on a quarterly basis.

With reference to article 18 of the minute of meeting of 10 November 2021, the Committee had before it a report by the Director of Commissioning, which provided details on the progress of the delivery of the Bus Partnership Fund grant projects.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee –

(a)      note the progress of the delivery of this grant;

(b)      note that officers will continue to work with partners to deliver the projects in accordance with the grant conditions; and

(c)      instruct the Chief Officer - Strategic Place Planning, given the long term nature of the project, to bring back update reports on a quarterly basis.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
