Issue - meetings

(i)              to approve the Full Business Case for the Tolbooth Museum as shown in Appendix A; and

(ii)             to approve the award of the contract for the Tolbooth Museum to Building Services for the amount detailed in this report.

The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – Corporate Landlord, which sought approval of the Full Business Case associated with the Tolbooth Museum External Improvement and Structural Repairs project and for approval to award the contract. 

The report recommended:-

that the Committee -

(a)           approve the Full Business Case for the Tolbooth Museum as shown in Appendix A; and

(b)           approve the award of the contract for the Tolbooth Museum to Building Services for the amount detailed in this report.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
