Determination of Exempt Business
Decision:
To agree to take items 11.1 and 11.2 with the press and public excluded.
Minutes:
The Convener proposed that the Committee consider items 11.1 (St Peter’s RC School Long Term Education Provision - Exempt Appendices) and item 11.2 (Outline Business Case New Secondary School for Hazlehead and Countesswells – Exempt Appendices) with the press and public excluded from the meeting.
The Committee resolved:-
in terms of Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the above items so as to avoid disclosure of information of the class described in paragraph 8 of Schedule 7(A) to the Act.
