to agree the Planner.

The Board had before it the Business Planner which was presented by the Strategy and Transformation Lead who advised Members of the updates to reporting intentions and that further items would be added to future reporting cycles.

The Board resolved:-

(i)            to note the reasons for deferrals identified at lines 12-15; and

(ii)          to otherwise approve the Planner.
