Issue - meetings

(i)            to approve the approach proposed to align the Risk Appetite Statement and Strategic Risk Register with the refreshed Strategic Plan and Medium-Term Financial Framework as detailed at section 4.3 of the report; and

(ii)          to approve the IJB revised Strategic Risk Register at Appendix B.

The Committee had before it a report prepared by the Business, Resilience and Communications Lead presenting the IJB’s Risk Appetite Statement and an updated version of the Strategic Risk Register.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee:

(a)          approve the approach proposed to align the Risk Appetite Statement and Strategic Risk Register with the refreshed Strategic Plan and Medium-Term Financial Framework as detailed at section 4.3 of the report; and

(b)          approve the IJB revised Strategic Risk Register at Appendix B.

The Committee resolved:-

to agree the recommendations.
