Issue - meetings

(i)            to note the appointment, by Aberdeen City Council, of Councillor Malik as voting member of the Integration Joint Board; and

(ii)          to appoint Councillor Malik to the Clinical and Care Governance Committee.

The Board had before it a report advising of a recent change to its voting Membership and seeking agreement to appoint a new Member of the Clinical and Care Governance Committee .

The report recommended:-

that the Board:

(a)          note the appointment, by Aberdeen City Council, of Councillor Malik as voting member of the Integration Joint Board; and

(b)          appoint Councillor Malik to the Clinical and Care Governance Committee.

The Board resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
