The Licensing Board proposed to review the following licences on the grounds that one or more of the conditions to which the premises licence is subject has been breached. In the cases  noted below it is alleged that the required annual fee has not been paid and therefore mandatory condition 10 of their premises licence has been breached .

 

The Board therefore agreed to call the licence holders of the following premises to a review hearing to be held on 10 December 2014 in the Town House, Broad Street, Aberdeen.
