Sergeant Flett and Ms Wilson spoke to their letters, thereafter the agent, Mr Thompson, solicitor, and the applicant addressed the Board in support of the application.
The Board resolved:
To grant the application subject to the local conditions in respect of CCTV, Drugs Policy, radio links, door stewards and outdoor seating areas. In particular, the demarcation of outdoor areas, no amplified music in external areas and a terminal hour of 22:00hrs.

Application for provisional premises licence- Balmoral Stadium, Altens, Nigg, Aberdeen PDF 49 KB Additional documents: Minutes: The Board heard from Mr Alexander Munro, legal advisor, that the agent had submitted an amended operating plan and therefore, Police Scotland and the Licensing Standards officer had withdrawn their letter and memo of representation.
Sergeant Flett and Ms Gilchrist confirmed the above.
