Minutes:

Councillor Donnelly nominated Councillor Boulton

 

Depute Provost Mason seconded the nomination.

 

The Board resolved:-

 

To unanimously elect Councillor Boulton as Convener of the Licensing Board.

 

 

Depute Provost Mason left the meeting.

 

 

DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

 

Councillor Townson declared an interest in item 5. Variation of a premises licence for Abergeldie Bar following discussions with an objector, he indicated he will leave the Chamber for the duration of the item.

Mr Dawson, Solicitor for the applicant, addressed the Board in support of the application.

 

Thereafter, The Board heard Sergeant Flett speak to the letter of representation and Mr Gilchrist speak to the memo

 

The Board resolved:-

To grant the application as amended with the local condition drugs policy.

Mr Dawson, Solicitor for the applicant, addressed the Board in support of the application. Mr Dawson accepted the conditions suggested by Police Scotland, NHS Grampian and Licensing Standards Officer in their letters, and the above respondents withdrew their responses.
