Minutes: The Board had before them a letter of representation from Cove and Altens Community Council, dated 10 March 2021. Niall Hassard, Solicitor for the applicant, addressed the concerns raised and provided detailed information in support of the application and how the licensing objectives will be attained by the applicant. The Board thereafter heard from Marlene Westland, on behalf of Cove and Altens Community Council. The Board unanimously resolved:

Minutes: Minutes: The Board heard from Alexander Munro, Depute Clerk to the Board that the application is within the licensing policy and that there had been no objections or representations received. In response to Members’ questions Mr Munro explained that the application essentially merged two existing licences within the same premises into one licence. The Board unanimously resolved:

Report of conduct inconsistent with Licensing Objectives - Personal Licence Holder PDF 189 KB Minutes: The Board had before them a letter from Police Scotland, dated 15 January 2021. The Board thereafter heard from Alexander Munro, Depute Clerk to the Board that invites were sent by email and letter however there was no response from the licence holder. The Board further heard from Alexander Munro, Depute Clerk to the Board that the letter was returned with an indication that the licence holder no longer lives at that address.
The Board thereafter heard from Sgt Flett.
The Board unanimously resolved:
To revoke the licence.
