Issue - decisions

(i)           to note the performance report for the Corporate Governance Directorate and the information contained therein;

(ii)          to instruct the Depute Chief Executive (Director of Corporate Governance) to bring forward, to the February 2017 meeting of the Committee, a summary report detailing key achievements of the committee since May 2012; and

(iii)         that officers provide information to Councillor Nicoll in relation to the anomaly in the number of late reports being submitted to Committees.
