The Committee resolved:-
(i) to approve the “Statement on Exercise of Functions” contained in Appendix 1 and instructs the Chief Officer – Early Intervention and Community Empowerment to arrange for the publication thereof; and
(ii) in relation to education facilities, to also include staff members as well as students.
