(i) to agree to amend its decision of 5 December 2023 in so far as it related to the composition of the Appointment Panel and appoint June Brown, NHS Voting Member to the Panel in substitution of the IJB Vice Chair; and
(ii) to otherwise note the detail contained within the report.
