• Councillor Katharine Dean - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Dean declared an interest in the subject matter of the following article by virtue of her position as a Board member of NHS Grampian, but chose to remain in the meeting as NHS Grampian was a devolved public body (as set out in paragraph 5.18(2)(i)(a) of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct).
