Declarations of interest for agenda item 'AECC Development Project - EPI/12/090'
- Councillor Aileen Malone - Non Pecuniary - Councillors Crockett, Fletcher, Malone and Milne also declared interests by virtue of their position as Council appointed Directors to the Board of AECC but chose to remain in the meeting as AECC Limited was a body being a company established wholly or mainly for the purpose of providing services to the local authority, and which has entered into a contractual arrangement with that local authority for the supply of goods and/or services to that local authority, as set out in paragraph 5.18(2)(d)(i) and (ii) of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct.
- Councillor Alan Milne - Non Pecuniary - Councillors Crockett, Fletcher, Malone and Milne also declared interests by virtue of their position as Council appointed Directors to the Board of AECC but chose to remain in the meeting as AECC Limited was a body being a company established wholly or mainly for the purpose of providing services to the local authority, and which has entered into a contractual arrangement with that local authority for the supply of goods and/or services to that local authority, as set out in paragraph 5.18(2)(d)(i) and (ii) of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct.
- Councillor Barney Crockett - Non Pecuniary - Councillors Crockett, Fletcher, Malone and Milne also declared interests by virtue of their position as Council appointed Directors to the Board of AECC but chose to remain in the meeting as AECC Limited was a body being a company established wholly or mainly for the purpose of providing services to the local authority, and which has entered into a contractual arrangement with that local authority for the supply of goods and/or services to that local authority, as set out in paragraph 5.18(2)(d)(i) and (ii) of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct.
- Councillor Kirsty Blackman - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Blackman declared an interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of her position as a Council appointed Director to the Board of Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC). Councillor Blackman considered that the nature of her interest required her to leave the meeting and took no part in the Council’s deliberations thereon.
