• Councillor Jean Morrison MBE - Non Pecuniary - The Vice-Convener and Councillor Jean Morrison MBE declared a non-pecuniary interest in the subject matter of the following article by virtue of them both being Board Members of Aberdeen Heat and Power. They did not feel it necessary to withdraw from the meeting during consideration thereof.
