- Councillor Callum McCaig - Pecuniary - Councillor McCaig declared an interest by virtue of his employment by Kevin Stewart MSP who was referred to in the decision of the Finance and Resources Committee, however the subject detailed in the decision related to before Mr Stewart was elected as an MSP, and so he considered that the nature of his interest did not require him to leave the meeting.
- Councillor Gordon Graham - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Graham declared interest by virtue of his membership of the Middlefield Community Project Management Committee but considered that the nature of his interest did not require him to leave the meeting.
