• Councillor Gordon Graham - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Graham declared an interest as a member of Unite. Councillor Graham did not feel it necessary to leave the meeting during the Council’s deliberations.
• Councillor Scott Carle - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Carle declared an interest as a member of Unite. Councillor Carle did not feel it necessary to leave the meeting during the Council’s deliberations.
• Councillor Yvonne Allan - Personal - Councillor Allan declared an interest in regard to the following item of business by virtue of a personal connection and considered that the nature of her interest required him to withdraw from the meeting and take no part in the deliberations thereon.
