• Councillor John Reynolds - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Reynolds declared an interest in the following item of business by virtue of his appointment by the Council as a Director of YMCA. Councillor Reynolds considered that the nature of his interest required him to leave the meeting and took no part in the deliberations thereon.
