• Councillor Jenny Laing - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Laing declared an interest by virtue of her position as a Council appointed member of the University of Aberdeen University Court. Councillor Laing considered that the nature of her interest required her to leave the meeting and took no part in the Council’s deliberations thereon.
