• Councillor Ramsay Milne - Non Pecuniary - The Convener indicated that for the following three items, he would be addressing the Planning Development Management Committee (in terms of Standing Order 32(1) as local member) on behalf of the Old Aberdeen Community Council and the Old Aberdeen Heritage Society in support of their objections. He therefore withdrew from the meeting as a member of the Committee during consideration of the item and the Vice Convener took the chair.
