• Councillor John Reynolds - Personal and Prejudicial - DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Councillor Reynolds declared an interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of him being a Trustee of North East Riders Volunteers. He considered that the nature of his interest required him to leave the meeting and he took no part in the Committee’s deliberations thereon.
