• Councillor Alan Donnelly - Non Pecuniary - DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Councillors Boulton, Donnelly and Nicoll declared an interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of them being Council appointed members of Aberdeen Performing Arts.
