• Councillor Jean Morrison MBE - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Jean Morrison CBE declared an interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of her being a Council appointed Board member of Transition Extreme. She considered that the nature of her interest required her to leave the meeting and she took no part in the Committee’s deliberations thereon.
