• Councillor Alex Nicoll - Personal - Councillor Nicoll declared a personal interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of him knowing objectors to the application. Councillor Nicoll considered that the nature of his interest as ward member did not require him to leave the meeting although he took no part in the Committee’s deliberation thereon.
