• Councillor Jackie Dunbar MSP - Personal - Councillor Jackie Dunbar declared an interest in item 9.11 (Middlefield/Northfield Place-Making (2nd Report)) by virtue of her being a resident of Middlefield living very near to the proposed paths, she considered that the nature of her interest did not require her to leave the meeting.
