• Councillor Stephen Flynn - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Flynn declared an interest in item 10.1 (Asset Review – Business Case) by virtue of his position as a Council appointed member of Shaping Aberdeen Housing Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Management Board. He considered that the nature of his interest did not require him to leave the meeting and therefore chose to remain in the meeting for consideration of this item.
