• Councillor John Cooke - Personal - Councillor Cooke declared an interest in the following item due to being a member of the Gordon Highlander Museum Advisory Board and also a Friend of the Museum. The museum is in close proximity to the proposed application and also has a coffee shop. Councillor Cooke took no part in the deliberation or determination of the item and withdrew from the meeting.
