• Councillor Alex Nicoll - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Nicoll declared an interest in item 9.4 (External Funding for Transport Projects) by virtue of him being a Council appointed Board member of Nestrans. He considered that the nature of his interest did not require him to leave the meeting during consideration of the item.
