• Councillor Alex Nicoll - - Councillor Nicoll advised that he had a connection in relation to the following item of business, having been involved in the Piper Alpha Inquiry and the recovery, identification and repatriation of the victims, however having applied the objective test he did not consider that he had an interest and would not be withdrawing from the meeting.
