• Councillor Nurul Hoque Ali - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Ali declared an interest in relation to the following item of business by virtue of him knowing the applicant. He advised that the nature of his interest required him to leave the meeting and took no part in the Committee’s deliberations thereon.
