Child is defined as a person under the age of 18 and any person over that age who is a school pupil

  SOCIAL WORK RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PERSON:

  Information relating to anything done or to be done in respect of any particular person for the purpose of any of the matters referred to in Section 27(1) of the Social Word (Scotland) Act 1968 (providing reports on and supervisions of certain persons).
