Decision details

(i)         to approve the proposal that for all new appointments, the Council recognises continuous service accrued with NHS Grampian for the purposes of calculating entitlement to occupational sick pay, maternity, adoption and paternity pay, shared paternal leave /pay and annual leave only; and

(ii)        that officers be instructed to contact NHS Grampian advising them of the decision of the Committee and to agree a reciprocal arrangement whereby formal written notification would be required if any party wishes to withdraw from the agreement.
