(ii)           to remove items 10 (Blue Badge Enforcement), 14 (Refuge Crossing at North Deeside Road) and 15 (Introducing a 20mph speed limit on Lower Gray Street) from the Business Statement; and

(iii)         otherwise note the Business Statement.
