(ii) to agree that Environmental Services should continue the rolling programme of play area refurbishment and to approve the total estimated expenditure of £470,000 for this programme in 2018/2019. This being subject to the service having the capacity to deliver and subject to the industry suppliers having the capacity to supply within the 2018/19 financial year.
