Decision details

(i)        to note the information provided and the actions in place to manage the impact of EU Exit on the Council’s workforce; and

(ii)       that a Service Update be circulated to members of the Committee regarding EU Exit Workforce implications relating to workforce statistics associated with Bon Accord Care; to seek information about whether the Council could assess the potential applied for status (settled or pre-settled) of Non-UK EU staff; and to include further detail obtained from Exit Interview feedback, providing any and all of this information was available and would not be considered insensitive to current staff.
