Decision details

(i)              to note that the Director of Resources would circulate by email a response in relation to whether a margin had been built into the contract to cover increased building costs;

(ii)      to notes the progress achieved in the procurement of Union Terrace Gardens redevelopment; and

(iii)      to instruct the Chief Officer Capital to provide a further update on progress at the next Capital Programme Committee in September 2019.
