Decision details

The Board resolved :-

(i)            to approve the expenditure for social care services as set out in the annual work plan at Appendix A;

(ii)          to approve the tendering exercise and subsequent award of a contract as set out in the procurement business case, at Appendix B, and

(iii)         to make the Direction, as attached at Appendix C, and instructs the Chief Officer to issue the Direction to Aberdeen City Council.
